"French Vanilla"

Of course to NOTE if u dont wish to do the raisin syrup ( this is done this way due to the facts is GAPS First Stage friendly  ) u can do honey or stevia or maple syrup or even raw sugar( of course is not gaps approved) if u wish

Fruit Syrup: (Organic soaked apricots would be lovely too I just don't have any right now or organic dates or Prunes would work too)
1 cup of Organic Soaked for (25 min or longer) Raisin (or your choice of preferred dried fruit)

1 Cup of Hot Filtered Water

add the raisin's and hot water in a food processor (or blender) and pulse until all is incorporated into a syrup like texture. Then Strain through a wire mesh trainer into a separate bowl. You want to make sure there are no floaters in your creamer :)
store in an airtight container in the fridge :0)

For the Creamer:
One can of Thai kitchen Coconut Milk (full fat not light) (or use your own homemade coconut milk extracted from dried organic raw coconut).
NOTE: Of course if u cant have Coconut or u wish to use some other Milk Sub , then Substitute it for the Coconut Milk. :)

1/4 Cup & 2 1/2 Tab of the Raisin Syrup (recipe above)
1 Tab of Pure Organic Vanilla Extract (sugar free or Homemade gluten free  , recipe coming soon).
Mix all together and put through a strainer to make a smooth Creamer :

Insect Repellents and other Remedies using Young Living Essensial Oils

Homemade Mosquito-Repellent Using Young Living Essensial Oils
( for more information contatct me , I distibute them , (my website is coming soon)  :)

There are actually a lot of essential oils that will work as insect repellents. Instead of poisoning yourself with the toxic commercially available insect repellents, make your own Bug-Be-Gone sprays. Here are a few recipes sure to send those bugs ‘a-packin’:
  • Combine 5 drops lavender,
  •  5 drops lemongrass,
  •  3 drops peppermint
  •  and 1 drop thyme.
  •  Put on feet or add to a little spray bottle filled with water, shake well, and spray on.
  • Put 5 drops lemon and 5 drops Purification in a little spray bottle of wate r and mist on your skin to protect yourself against insects, flies, and mosquitoes.

Tick Bites: Mix thyme or oregano in a 50:50 dilution (with carrier oil)
and apply 1 or 2 drops over the bite area and the tick
. The phenols in these oils will usually cause them to let go to get away from the oil. After the tick is off, treat the bite topically with a drop of tea tree, peppermint, lavender, rosemary or Thieves a couple of times a day.

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus) has a light, fresh, citrus aroma with earthy undertones. Refreshing, rejuvenating, stimulating, and balancing, it inspires and improves mental clarity. Lemongrass also supports the circulatory system* and has a score of 17,765 on the antioxidant ORAC scale. Research was published in the Phytotherapy Research Journal regarding the powerful properties of topically applied lemongrass.

Cockroach Repellent:
Mix 10 drops peppermint
5 drops cypress in 1/2 cup of seal saltwater, Shake well and spray were roaches live.

Eucalyptus radiata is cooling, refreshing, and energizing. Lighter in smell than Eucalyptus globulus, it has many of the same supportive properties. Because it is relatively gentle and nonirritating, it is the preferred choice for children. This variety is one of the most versatile of the eucalyptus oils and is suitable for topical use, diffusing, and even direct inhalation. It has long been an ingredient in some of Young Living's most popular blends.

Inssect Repellent

Using Single oils:
*6 drops peppermint
*6 drops tea tree oil
*9 drops Eucalyptus Radiata

Peppermint (Mentha piperita) has a strong, clean, fresh, minty aroma. One of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for soothing digestion, it may also restore digestive efficiency.* Jean Valnet MD studied peppermint's supportive effect on the liver and respiratory systems. Other scientists have also researched peppermint's role in improving taste and smell when inhaled. Dr. William N. Dember of the University of Cincinnati studied peppermint's ability to improve concentration and mental sharpness. Alan Hirsch MD studied peppermint's ability to directly affect the brain's satiety center, which triggers a sensation of fullness after meals. This powerful essential oil is often diluted before topical application. Peppermint may also be used to enhance the flavor of food and water.

And these oils Blends can also be applies with alittle coconut oil or V-6 Oil apply with a cotton ball and dab on person :)

Purification
Purification® can be used directly on the skin to cleanse and soothe insect bites, cuts, and scrapes. When diffused, it helps to purify and cleanse the air from environmental impurities including cigarette smoke and other disagreeable odors.

Thieves and
Thieves® was created based on research about four thieves in France who covered themselves with cloves, rosemary, and other aromatics while robbing plague victims. This proprietary essential oil blend was university tested for its cleansing abilities. It is highly effective in supporting the immune system and good health.*

Melrose

Melrose™ provides a protective barrier against skin challenges. When diffused, Melrose can help dispel odors.
I will be adding to this list so keep checking back for more GREAT natural uses with Young Living Essensetial Oils ! :)

Have a great Day!!
