Happy Memorial Day and Sum ups of last posts from FB

Hello All , I though I would share with you some items that i have been sharing and featuring on my page on Facebook for this blog :D Yes it is so much easier to share on the blog than here but I am working to change that .

* I have to share something with you all, as some of you know my body is pretty sensitive and even though i have (lupus & Sjolgrens syndrome, and Thyroid/ Pituitary Gland issues and Anemia Hemochromatosis and Multiple Food allergies and Intolrences and Environmental problems. I have been able to keep my Fibo under control with Cleaning Eating and such, I look at this chart and I have been doing Traditional Healing Herbs since i was 14 year old What a blessing to have such wonderful blessing God Created at our disposable

Warm Green Apple Apple Bacon Salad w/ apple cider honey dressing


This is such a family favorite! My kids included beg for this salad every-night!! Its also a huge hit with company as well :D


Green Apple Bacon Spinach Salad w/ Apple Cider Honey Dressing (Warm Salad)

2 bunches of Organic Spinach
2 to 3 Roma Tomatoes
1 Granny Smith Apple
7 slices of Nitrate Free bacon ( I use Hemplers), sliced into chunks (or strips)
**Turkey bacon can work too **omit if Vegan


Dressing
1 Tab of Honey (Raw local)
1 Tab of Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp of Stevia in the Raw or Truvia or add a bit more Raw Honey
Juice of One Organic Lemon
5 Tab of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
S&P to taste

Cook the cut bacon in a medium saucepan and cook until almost crisp, while that is cooking wash and dry your spinach and cut up your tomatoes and slice the apple, throw in a bowl. Add the Spinach.

Remove the Bacon once cooked with a slotted spoon or spider and place in the bowl with the tomatoes and apples .

In the sauce pan that you cooked your bacon in , depending on the amount of grease left behind you want at least 2 tab of bacon grease, add the Olive Oil and the list of dressing ingredients. And Mix with a spatula then add sea salt and freshly cranked pepper to taste! Then add to the spinach and apple /tomato mixture and toss to coat. Serve Immediately :D
