I remember when i made this not too far from when i had Eleena on June 30th, 2010, Basil Arugula Pesto on Organic Brown Rice Penne topped with sheep Pecorino, Fried Tilapia steaks with herbs and fresh lime and a fresh bean salad, side of shrimp cocktail and not shown a nice red vinegar cabbage slaw (raw)

Ok don't laugh , they are gluten free allergen free cupcakes with naturally-dyed turned out a beautiful blue lol and they are suppose to look like carrots and peas on the top lol hard and soft gluten free candies lol

today, which is Shrove Tuesday, is more commonly known as Pancake Day....Which is odd cuz I made pancakes today of the kiddos and realized that i forgot to add an ingredient to my recipe i had posted last year hahah oh my !!! lol Baby Brain will do that to a mama!! Lol :D

The Pancakes are great either Vegan or non Vegan they are really light and fluffy, for some reason I don't get it sometimes they bubble sometimes they dont so u cant tell to flip'em when the sides start to cook up the flip'em we had these pancakes and i added raisins and little marshmallows!! :D

We are having :Mexican food hahahah, well Since im still in the postion to use what i have in the freezer and pantry , Ive decided Mexican tonight hahha , no New Orleans food for us tonight lol hahahha
