JoAnna Gluten free Flour Mixes
TO NOTE: You may notice I do not have Xanthum gum or guar gum in my mix's many recipes call for different measurements of them or not at all for those who are gum free so I LEAVE it out and only add it those recipes that need is in different measurements.
I ALSO MILL ALL MY GRAINS FRESH!!! USING MY "Nutramill " ITS An amazing Mill from Bosch :)
JoAnna's Fool Proof
Mix #1
2
cups Sorghum Flour
2
cups Sweet Brown Rice Flour
2 1/3 Cups of Tapioca Starch ( I use Bobs Red Mill , I buy the #25Lb Bag)
Mix
Thoroughly, I usually triple this recipe and store it in my nice big
glass containers , I always have this on hand , to make anything
from, breads, pizzas, biscuits, cookies and cakes! its that versatile!
*if
you don't want to use arrowroot use cornstarch or potato. I don't use any corn or potato starches but that is my personal preference.
This
Mix is dedicated to those who cannot have rice , so I developed this
mix for them so They wont have to go without as well :D Enjoy
