LET'S TALK ABOUT DAIRY FREE & NUT FREE MILK OPTIONS : :)

For those like me who cannot have dairy or nuts its important to explore your diffrent dairy free and milk options you will be surprised to find what a fantastci selection!!  These are some brand's that I use!! :)


Golden Flax Seed Milk From Flax USA! This milk is great and taste delicious they have original 7mg sugar cane and vanilla 11mg sugar cane  the only draw back it does contain some evaporated cane sugar :( for those who cannot or like me who can only tolerate a very small amount of sugar this is something that I do not consume allot in my baking and cooking due to the sugar. but it is a good and healthy option~ check the website out it gives you all the nutritional facts ! :)

This one is my first and favorite that I use all the time and its sugar free as well!!! I love Turtle Mountains So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk!!! Remember coconut is not a nut just saying :)  Its actually a tropical fruit :)

Okay so I use this on rare occasions when i cannot get my other stand-byes I do not use soy in abundance, but my body can tolerate it .  Silk Soy Milk I do not care that this brand states that it may contain traces of nuts in it so I am always Leary to use it :(

This is a great favorite of mine HEMP MILK!!! Living Harvest is the Brand Hemp Milk ! and they make and unsweetened version as well!! thus sugar free yippee!
