"French Vanilla"
Of course to NOTE if u dont wish to do the raisin syrup ( this is done this way due to the facts is GAPS First Stage friendly ) u can do honey or stevia or maple syrup or even raw sugar( of course is not gaps approved) if u wish
1 cup of Organic Soaked for (25 min or longer) Raisin (or your choice of preferred dried fruit)
1 Cup of Hot Filtered Water
add the raisin's and hot water in a food processor (or blender) and pulse until all is incorporated into a syrup like texture. Then Strain through a wire mesh trainer into a separate bowl. You want to make sure there are no floaters in your creamer :)
store in an airtight container in the fridge :0)
For the Creamer:
One can of Thai kitchen Coconut Milk (full fat not light) (or use your own homemade coconut milk extracted from dried organic raw coconut).
NOTE: Of course if u cant have Coconut or u wish to use some other Milk Sub , then Substitute it for the Coconut Milk. :)
1/4 Cup & 2 1/2 Tab of the Raisin Syrup (recipe above)
1 Tab of Pure Organic Vanilla Extract (sugar free or Homemade gluten free , recipe coming soon).
Mix all together and put through a strainer to make a smooth Creamer :

Homemade Mosquito-Repellent Using Young Living Essensial Oils
( for more information contatct me , I distibute them , (my website is coming soon) :)
There are actually a lot of essential oils that will work as insect repellents. Instead of poisoning yourself with the toxic commercially available insect repellents, make your own Bug-Be-Gone sprays. Here are a few recipes sure to send those bugs ‘a-packin’:
Tick Bites: Mix thyme or oregano in a 50:50 dilution (with carrier oil)
and apply 1 or 2 drops over the bite area and the tick
. The phenols in these oils will usually cause them to let go to get away from the oil. After the tick is off, treat the bite topically with a drop of tea tree, peppermint, lavender, rosemary or Thieves a couple of times a day.
Cockroach Repellent:
Mix 10 drops peppermint
5 drops cypress in 1/2 cup of seal saltwater, Shake well and spray were roaches live.
Inssect Repellent
Using Single oils:
