JoAnna's Dairy Free Coffee Creamer
sugar free, nut free, gluten free, starch free
"French Vanilla"

Of course to NOTE if u dont wish to do the raisin syrup ( this is done this way due to the facts is GAPS First Stage friendly  ) u can do honey or stevia or maple syrup or even raw sugar( of course is not gaps approved) if u wish

Fruit Syrup: (Organic soaked apricots would be lovely too I just don't have any right now or organic dates or Prunes would work too)
1 cup of Organic Soaked for (25 min or longer) Raisin (or your choice of preferred dried fruit)

1 Cup of Hot Filtered Water

add the raisin's and hot water in a food processor (or blender) and pulse until all is incorporated into a syrup like texture. Then Strain through a wire mesh trainer into a separate bowl. You want to make sure there are no floaters in your creamer :)
store in an airtight container in the fridge :0)

For the Creamer:
One can of Thai kitchen Coconut Milk (full fat not light) (or use your own homemade coconut milk extracted from dried organic raw coconut).
NOTE: Of course if u cant have Coconut or u wish to use some other Milk Sub , then Substitute it for the Coconut Milk. :)

1/4 Cup & 2 1/2 Tab of the Raisin Syrup (recipe above)
1 Tab of Pure Organic Vanilla Extract (sugar free or Homemade gluten free  , recipe coming soon).
Mix all together and put through a strainer to make a smooth Creamer :

    1. Oh thank you Vicky!!! :D :D I really apreciate it!! :D

  2. Sounds good....thanks! :) I didn't really like the coconut milk straight in my coffee...was weird! Maybe making it "vanilla" will help!

    1. I agree Lisa I didnt care for the coconut strait in my coffee either , so that is why i came up with this way , and the rasian syrup seems to help flavor and thicken it up, i really wanted to do it with Organic Apricots but im out lol so , you know use what you have right lol! :) Enjoy let me know what you think please!

  3. 3 Studies SHOW How Coconut Oil Kills Fat.

The meaning of this is that you actually kill fat by eating coconut fat (including coconut milk, coconut cream and coconut oil).

These 3 researches from large medicinal journals are sure to turn the traditional nutrition world upside down!
